No, our Aurora Cup is designed to absorb and disperse impact from common, low-energy contact — the kind that happens most often during play. It’s not meant for high-energy direct shots or goalie-level impacts. That said, a cup you actually wear beats a hard cup left at home.
Our hybrid design uses non-Newtonian fluid technology to remain soft and flexible until impact, when it momentarily stiffens to reduce force. It protects against soft checks, soft collisions, and incidental contacts.
Field and court athletes across sports who want some protection without restriction. Perfect for players who value comfort, mobility, and everyday wear.
No. If your position regularly faces high-speed, direct shots (goalies, catchers, etc.), a rigid hard cup remains the safer choice. For most athletes, Aurora provides the perfect middle ground for athletes who currently wear nothing.
Non-Newtonian fluid — a smart material that stays pliable during movement and instantly firms on impact.
This allows the cup to absorb and disperse force while remaining lightweight, breathable, and comfortable enough to wear all game.
We recommend using the full Aurora system for the best fit and comfort.
Our compression shorts are designed with an integrated pocket that keeps the cup secure and aligned. Standard jock straps may not hold the cup as comfortably or effectively.
Hand-wash the cup with mild soap and air-dry. Compression shorts can be machine-washed cold and tumble dried low.
We’re currently developing youth-size cups and compression shorts.

The cup sits on the outside of the compression short, nested in the center of the front pouch, so it moves freely with your body and delivers a true one-size-fits-all fit. No pinch, no chafe, no discomfort.
