Returns & Exchanges

Aurora has a 14-day return policy for all items: any unwanted items must be shipped/ postmarked within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for returning your item to us. 

Returning your purchase
To start a return, please go to our return portal here. Items returned to us must include all the original packaging and be unworn. If you would like to exchange an item, you can easily submit an exchange for a different item through the portal.

Receiving a refund
All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment.
