Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm PT or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order ships, not when it's placed.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping coming soon.
Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged or you haven't received it within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at contact@aurorasportlab.com and we'll make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to modify addresses once an order has shipped. Aurora SportLab is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
